Leather Material 1:

Cheese & Chocolate Filling:
125 gr powdered sugar
100 gr medium protein flour, roasted for 5 minutes

30 g grated cheese
25 gr milk powder
10 gr cocoa powder

Skin 1:

How to Make Green Bean Stuffing:
1. Boil green beans until soft. Puree

How to Make Bakpia:
1. Divide each skin into 20 parts. round up
2. Take the dough Skin 1 , flatten.
3. Take the dough for Skin 2, put it on top of Skin 1, then flatten it.
4. Fold the dough like an envelope, closing the edges. Then round.
5. Do it until the dough runs out
6. Soak the dough that has been dibulakan in oil for 15 minutes. After that drain
7. Take the dough that has been soaked in oil. Flatten, give stuffing. Then round it up. And flatten.
8. Bake for 15 minutes, then bake each piece until browned. Lift
