Chicken katsu food for family gathering

Material:

2 chicken breast fillets
Salt, pepper, lime juice
5 tbsp flour
1 egg beaten off
100 grams of bread flour.



Method:

1. Wash the chicken breast fillet, then cut it in the middle, don't break it and beat it with a pestle * but don't hit it too hard.. So the chicken breast is a bit thin and wide, give salt and lime, let it sit for a while, then wash it clean, set aside.

2.Save the flour on a plate then add the salt and pepper, mix well. Take the chicken, sprinkle with flour until smooth while pressing it on the chicken, then add it to the beaten egg and then roll it in the breadcrumbs, while slightly pressed, keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and then fry until cooked.

Material :

1/2 cabbage
4 carrots
8 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Dixi brand vinegar
1 tsp salt
150 ml cold water
Sufficient ice cubes and mayo

Step:

1. Grate the carrots and chop the cabbage into thin strips. Set aside.

2. Add salt, sugar and vinegar to cold water. Mix well then add ice. Leave it until the water is completely cold.

3. Add the water solution to the carrots and cabbage. Stir well. try to be completely submerged.

4. Chill in the freezer for 10-30 minutes then remove and lower into the lower refrigerator (if you want to eat quickly). Even better if left overnight the vegetables are perfectly submerged in a solution of water for maximum results. The longer it is stored, the better the results.

5. How to serve, put the salad on the container, give mayo as a topping. everyone
