sauteed shrimp potato leaves

Material :

2 bunches of sweet potato leaves
150gram prawns
Sufficiently :

Oyster sauce, sugar and salt
Cooking oil
Coarse grind:

5 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly chili



 How to cook:

1. Wash clean then weed the sweet potato leaves by picking like how to weed spinach, then rinse and drain.

2. Clean the back of the prawns, remove the dirt.

3. Saute the ground spices until fragrant then add the stir-fried prawns until they change color, add the sweet potato leaves, oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar.

4. Stir fry quickly, just pour a little cooking water -+5 minutes over high heat...test the taste then remove...serve
