Materials
Dalgona Foam
1 tbsp or the equivalent of 2 sachets of Nescafe instant coffee
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp hot water
Dalgona Caramel Candy
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
How to make
Dalgona Cream
Mix coffee, sugar and hot water
Stir with a whisk until stiff and foamy
Dalgona Caramel Candy
Put the sugar in a stainless steel spoon. Heat on the stove until the sugar melts.
Add a pinch of baking soda. Stir until foamy.
After the mixture of sugar and baking soda is foamy, pour it on a plastic mat.
Flatten by pressing using a mold. Let it cool until the candy hardens.
Solution
Put ice cubes into a glass then add milk
Add coffee foam over the milk and crushed dalgona caramel candy as a topping. Serve immediately!
