Materials:
100 grams of macaroni
100 grams of beef burger
100 ml liquid milk
50 grams of medium protein flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 of an onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp pepper powder
How to make
:
1. Boil macaroni until cooked. Then
Mix with all other ingredients and grind using a food processor/chopper. If you don't have it, you can manually knead roughly.
Pour into a 22x22x4 pan that has been lined with plastic. (I use a round pan)
2. Steam the dough for 30 minutes over medium heat until cooked. Lift. And let it cool.
3. Once cool, remove and cut into sizes according to taste. If you prefer crunchy, cut into finger-sized pieces. The one I made for an 18 month toddler snack.
4. Prepare the dyes (100 grams of beaten egg whites) and coating materials (80 grams of coarse breadcrumbs)
5. Dip the nuggets into the dye. Roll in the coarse breadcrumbs. Arrange in a closed container and store in the freezer if you don't want to fry it yet.
6. To serve, fry the nuggets in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked.
