Best Indonesian Cake Kastengel

Materials:
250 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of cheese
80 grams of margarine
50 grams tapioca flour tepung
3 egg yolks


How to make:

1. Prepare a container, then add flour and tapioca. Stir well.

2. Add egg yolks, grated cheese and margarine. Knead until smooth and smooth. If it feels less smooth, can be overcome by adding margarine to the dough.

3. Flatten the dough in a flat place using a hand mill or glass bottle.

4. Then cut into rectangles as in the picture.

5. Arrange the kastengel dough on a greased baking sheet

5. then brush the top with egg yolk.

6. Bake the dough in the oven at 180° for about 30 minutes or until cooked. If you don't have an oven, you can use Teflon as shown in the picture.

7. Especially for the use of Teflon, make sure to use low heat and cover the Teflon.

8. After 30 minutes, flip the kastengel cake and bake for another 5 minutes.

9. Once cooked, remove and cool.

10.Then decorate with melted white chocolate
