Green banana ice drink for sunny day

Green banana ice

Material:
9 bananas
100 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of rice flour
25 grams of sago flour
300 ml coconut milk (130 ml coconut milk + 170 ml water)
300 ml pandan water (water + pandan paste)
50 grams of sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Way:
1. Steam the banana with the skin, until cooked. Set aside, peel after cool
2. Enter all the flour, add sugar, salt, mix well.
3. Pour the coconut milk and pandan water into the flour mixture, mix well. Strain dough
3. Cook the dough using low heat until it forms a dough. Set aside, wait warm
4. Take a sheet of plastic, grease it with a little oil, take enough dough to flatten it, put the banana on it, then roll it up to cover the surface of the banana, do it until it runs out
5. Steam the green bananas for about 15 minutes.

Sauce Ingredients:
450 ml coconut milk (130 ml coconut milk + water)
40 grams of rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Way:
Mix all ingredients, cook over low heat until thickened.

Complementary: cut the banana according to taste, place it in a bowl, add the marrow porridge, ice cubes, SKM, and cocopandan syrup.
